Milanesas napolitana

An Argentine classic, Italian from its origin but re-invented in Buenos Aires.
Ingredients (4 people): 1/2 K cow meat, cut into thin slices 250 g ham 2 cheeseballs (mozzarella) 3 eggs 1 1/2 glass of tomatoe sauce grated bread 1 spoon of fresh parsley olive oil salt pepper
Steps: 1: Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add the chopped parsley
2: Salt the steaks
3: Drop the steaks into the grated bread, then submerge them in the egg mix and after that, into the grated bread one more time
4: Fry them in a pan, half full with hot oil
5: Once fried, put the “milanesas” on a tray. On top of each one, place some tomatoe sauce, one slice of ham and one of cheese
6: Put the tray into a pre-heated oven at maximum temperature until they gild
7: Serve Tricks: hammer the steaks before preparation
